In 2007, the company transformed into Sivoz Mexico, S.A. de C.V., integrating management solutions and new technologies for financial entities, government agencies, and call centers.
Sivoz invests 20% of its profits in innovation and training, excelling in applying artificial intelligence to management systems. With certifications in ITIL and ISO 27001, the company promotes a culture of ethics and information security.
